Our Project Management Checklist is effective and proven to help us and clients understand the scope of their projects. The PMC also helps us estimate accurate quotes for time and budgets.

Let's make it simplistic:

1. Our client intake interview helps us learn all about you, your company's goals and your site's goals. It helps us determine the budget and project scope.
2. We start to plan the project, give a realistic view of what can and cannot be done within the constraints, and bring you our understanding of what you've asked.
3. We provide you with 2-3 mocks-ups. We (client and Work Work Play) decide which mock-up will go to the production phase.
4. The actual coding of the mock-ups begin. This is where we begin physically putting together content and design.
5. We work on coding bugs and making sure the site is displayed correctly on different browsers. Depending on your budget we're able to do independent user testing.
6. We release the site.
7. We offer a small manual (PDF or print-out) about the site which also includes a style guide.
